Eligibility

  • The 100% Optical Show Specials are available exclusively to independent optical practices located in the UK and Ireland who attend the 100% Optical 2026 event.

  • A Purchase Order (P.O.) must be signed at the show to secure the offer.

  • A deposit may be required to secure the offer, and details will be provided at the time of signing the Purchase Order


Offer Validity

To secure the offer, all Purchase Orders (P.O.s) must be signed by 4pm on March 2nd, 2026.

Acuitas 3 Offers

  • Start-up Practices:

     50% off Acuitas 3 for 12 months.

    Offer applies only to new practices within the first 12 months of operation.

    The minimum contract term for Acuitas 3 is 36 months. As part of this offer, you'll receive an additional 12 months at 50% off.

     

  • Switching to Acuitas 3 from Another Provider:

    3 Months Free + Complimentary Data Conversion when switching from a different provider to Acuitas 3.

    The minimum contract term for Acuitas 3 is 36 months. As part of this offer, you'll receive an additional 3 months free of charge.

Website Offer Details

  • Switch to OptiCommerce and avail of the following:
    • 3 Months Free for Standard Websites (Brochure).
    • 50% Off Set-up Costs on all Standard Brochure Websites.
  • Applies to brochure website orders from new customers only. The minimum contract term for OptiCommerce Websites is 36 months. As part of this offer, you'll receive an additional 3 months free of charge.

Digital Marketing Offer Details

  • Switch to OptiCommerce and avail of the following:
    • Receive One Month Free + 50% Off Set-up Costs when you add a Digital Marketing Package
  • Applies to digital marketing package orders from new customers only. The minimum contract term for OptiCommerce Digital Marketing is 12 months. As part of this offer, you'll receive an additional 1 month free of charge.

Fees

  • Monthly fees for Acuitas 3 and OptiCommerce websites are subject to the package selected and are confirmed at the time of sign-up.
  • The 50% discount on set-up costs applies to the Standard Brochure Websites offer only and is a one-off, upfront payment for the set-up fees.

  • This offer is only available for new sign-ups and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
  • Free subscriptions and discounts apply only if the contract is signed within the offer period and is subject to the full payment of the agreed contract.
  • Fees and discounts are subject to change based on final service details and are confirmed at the time of sign-up.

  • To qualify for the 100% Optical Show Specials, all offers must be secured and POs signed by 4pm on March 2nd, 2026 at 100% Optical.
